youthCON-NECt is our Sunday morning Bible study and application youth gathering. Cindy Foust is the director. Youth in grades 8 through 12 meet on the first and third Sundays of every month. Youth in grades 5 through 7 meeting on the second and fourth Sundays. And on those times when we have five Sundays in a month, all youth gather together during worship!
We also provide Pop-Tarts and Juice each morning. If you would be interested in helping with these current and/or future needs, please contact Cindy.
Nex-US meets the 2nd and 4th Sundays.
- NOURISH the mind that wants to know God
- EMBRACE the heart that needs a friend
- X-TEND a hand to those in need
- UPLIFT the God who loves us all
- SHOW the Way to those who seek God
This is our Sunday evening youth outreach program. The purpose of Nex-US can be seen from the acronym above, but it is a major opportunity for our youth at Ada First to invite friends and other youth in the Ada community who are seeking a place of acceptance among other youth. We meet throughout the school year on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month from 6:15 - 7:30 pm. Volunteers are needed in the youth programming, and anyone who is interested in helping is invited to let Cindy know.
This is the mission facet of our youth program at Ada First. Community outreach and mission trips will be planned for both junior high/middle school and high school youth. Our major focus is to look for ways to serve and meet the needs of people in the Ada community, Ohio and other parts of the United States. These outreach/mission trips are primarily in the summer, but can be planned any time of the year. Primary needs are for volunteers to assist with fund raisers, adult trip coaches, financial supporters and opportunities to serve. If you would be interested in helping with these current and/or future needs, please contact Cindy Foust.
